Established by Andrew Neill in 2017, ANC began as a general contractor and construction management firm focused on custom homes before expanding into the ICI sector, modular building, development, and most recently, 3PL logistics.
ANC’s dedication to innovation and excellence has earned us several prestigious awards, including the Canadian Home Builders Association National Award for Housing Excellence for Modular Innovation, Ontario Concrete Association Innovation Award for a low-carbon concrete, Offsite’s Top 15 Modular companies on the cutting edge of offsite construction, and Andrew Neill’s recognition as one of On-Site Magazine’s Top 40 under 40.
