Andrew Neill, an enterprising entrepreneur and visionary leader, founded ANC Group in 2017. He began his construction journey as a residential carpenter in Brantford. He quickly advanced in the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) sector, mastering diverse fields, from carpentry to concrete forming, field engineering, and steel fabrication.
Under Andrew’s guidance, ANC Modular emerged as a transformative force, securing CSA A277 certification for Factory Built Buildings and Structures. This pivotal moment propelled ANC Modular into the forefront of design-build projects, including government-funded affordable housing initiatives such as Canada’s Rapid Housing Initiative. He also spearheaded a globally-patented innovation—a fully finished modular volumetric concrete void forms solution for high-rise concrete superstructures.
Andrew’s visionary leadership extends to ANC Logistics, offering over 300,000 sq ft of warehousing facilities. His holistic approach amplifies ANC Group’s influence, shaping a future underpinned by resilience and sustainability.
Leo brings a wealth of experience, spanning over 25 years, across various sectors within the construction industry. His journey with ANC began in 2022, following a successful career in commercial, industrial, mid- and high-rise construction. A firm believer in fostering strong relationships, Leo endeavours to build connections with clients, trades, project team members and in the communities in which the projects take place. Embracing the world of ANC modular construction, he has been captivated by the innovative approaches shaping the building landscape, igniting his enthusiasm to forge ahead in this exciting realm.
Tristan is an accomplished Plant Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing settings. His expertise lies in efficiently maintaining daily production levels, implementing cost-effective preventative maintenance measures, and ensuring top-notch quality standards. With a strong commitment to sustained productivity, Tristan excels across multiple production platforms making him a valuable team player.
Anna’s journey began in the pre-engineered steel buildings industry, where she quickly gained experience detailing various steel components and coordinating projects. Joining ANC in 2021 as their first dedicated drafter, she swiftly rose to the position of Design Lead, driving innovative designs and fuelling ANC’s manufacturing efficiency. Passionate and motivated, Anna’s impact on ANC’s pioneering vision is ever-evolving.
Chris, who joined ANC in 2021 from a residential background, now serves as the QA/QC Manager at ANC Modular Inc. With over 20 years of experience, he ensures top-notch quality at every stage of modular production. Passionate about client satisfaction, Chris is dedicated to building to the highest standard. He also oversees certifications for ANC Modular, including working on CSA Scope Expansion and CWB Certification. Currently pursuing his Passive House Canada Design Certification, Chris aims to elevate the level of quality assurance and control at ANC Modular Inc.
Christina is a certified Professional Quantity Surveyor and Gold Seal Certified Estimator with extensive experience in the Canadian construction market. Leading both conventional construction and volumetric modular estimating and costing services, she oversees projects from inception to completion. Throughout her 15+ year career, she has successfully managed over $300M in awarded work across different contract delivery methods in the ICI and multi-unit residential sectors. Her expertise lies in data driven estimating, subcontractor engagement, and project risk analysis, making her a crucial asset during pre-construction activities.
With two decades of financial management and analytical expertise, Shelagh has excelled as a Financial Controller in both Canada and the United States. Leading the Accounting Department, she oversees it’s daily operations ensuring the maintenance of robust financial accounting records. Her focus on innovation drives the implementation of process improvements to support the continuous growth of our expanding group of companies
Connie’s 20+ years in the industry span a diverse range of roles, including accounting administration, contracts administration, estimating, project coordination and project management. Her expertise has been instrumental in overseeing projects worth upwards of $30 million for over 15 years.
Recently taking on the role of C.A.O., Connie brings her extensive administrative experience to the table, ready to foster growth and mentorship for the entire ANC team.
