We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager – Modular to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project development, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing phases.
  • Coordinate and administer project activities in alignment with Purchase Orders or Prime Contracts, including managing Change Orders.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, problems, and issues as early as possible to minimize budget and schedule impacts.
  • Manage optimized material and equipment procurement and contribute to the refinement of an optimized procurement schedule, negotiations and contract execution.
  • Conduct RFPs, RFQs, and pricing requests for suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Support sales team by presenting and providing client content as requested.
  • Provide leadership and collaboration with Plant Manager and Designer/Coordinator and interested stakeholders.
  • Provide direction to Labor Staff and Sub-trades.
  • Liaise and collaborate with Owners, Engineers, Sub-trades, and Suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and participate in meetings.
  • Review budgets, drawings, and other content as required to support sales in pursuing opportunities.
  • Conduct quality control assessments, including identification of and rectifications.
  • Liaise and be the point of contact with CSA. Administrate as required.
  • Oversee warranty review and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations set forth by ANC, Ontario Health and Safety Association, and MSDS.

Education and Experience:

  • Educational and experience requirements include construction/ architectural engineering technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, modular construction experience an asset.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification an asset
  • Proven experience managing medium to large construction projects
  • Contract Law knowledge and Contract Management experience
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft office platform and project management software tools
