We produce 3D-volumetric steel frame modular units with fully finished interiors complete with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. Everything is assembled offsite. While modularity is most suited for projects with a high-degree of repeatability, this does not mean all products look the same, instead, a variety of standardized modules can be placed together differently to produce a customized end result.
